CANCELATION POLICY

Loyalty Barbershop requires a 3 hour cancellation notice. 

By booking an appointment, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification of 3 hours before your appointment.

NO SHOW/REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our industry, we are unable to provide refunds on credit cards charged for missed appointments. 

 

We require a 3 hour notice which allows our barbers enough time to fill that slot. 

 

At Loyalty Barbershop, we are not paid employees, we are self employed contractors - therefore, when an appointment is skipped, our barbers do not get paid, and miss out on the potential of having your allotted time filled. 

Because of this, we are unable to make any exceptions.
